Increased capacity and automated production lines, born under the green sign of sustainability!
The new Betonyp cement-bonded particleboard processing department at the main site of FALCO Zrt. started its trial operation on the first day of September.
The novel investment combines the manyfold benefits of a leading edge technology and decades worth of experience: the significantly increased capacity and the reduced delivery times allow for a more flexible and faster response to the customers needs, while quality control ensures the high-caliber of our Betonyp product.
The equipment sands, cuts to size and packs the cement-bonded particleboard, delivering a sell to go product at the end of the line. The cutting residue and the dust are transported through air-filtered tubes to sealed tankers, allowing for a zero waste recycling to close the loop of circularity.
Normal operation is about to commence next month!
