The ever-changing labour market presents unprecedented challenges for working-age people, especially students. Every year on 15 July, World Youth Skills Day reminds parents and children alike that only selective learning and the acquirement of practical skills tailored to competencies and interests will lead to personal success and fulfilment.
The lack of proper education has long been a concern for UN (United Nations) policy makers, who see technical and vocational training as a way to break out.
