Practical training for the success of the young generations, for increasing the prestige of the profession - FALCO Zrt. takes a leading role in the vocational training of the Hungarian wood industry by delegating Tamás Kovács, PR Manager as chairman
At the Ministry of Innovation and Technology @itm.gov.hu on 12 May, a new council was set up to strenghten the cooperation between vocational education and practical training, linking economic and educational actors. The Minister of Innovation and Technology, László Palkovics handed over credentials for two years to nineteen board presidents, including Tamás Kovács, the company's PR manager, representing FALCO Zrt. and the Hungarian wood industry.
The mission of the renewed vocational training is to offer all young people, regardless of their backgrounds and career plans, the opportunity to acquire state-of-art professional skills, reflecting on the needs of the economy. The involvement of teachers is also key, as their training at companies using cutting-edge technology ensures an effective confer of practice-based theory.
FALCO Zrt. has been a vanguard in the implementation of dual training from the very beginning, often preparing its future employees for the tasks and challenges by the company.
